It now seems quite clear why Madison Jones is no longer a member of the Wake Forest basketball team.
WXII news is reporting that former Wake Forest guard Madison Jones was charged last week with "driving while intoxicated" in Carrabus County. Earlier today Wake Forest announced that Jones had been dismissed from the team for a violation of Athletics Department policy.

A charge is different from a conviction, (Bart has a lot of legal experience working with DWI's, so he could potentially add more to this), but it's unfortunate that these charges have been made.
