Is Jon Rothstein correct?
Jon Rothstein, a college basketball insider for CBS Sports Network released his ACC predictions today. His preseason favorite is UNC, and he also predicted that Wake Forest will be the second worst team in the conference. Needless to say, he does not believe there is a palpable buzz around the team in Winston-Salem. Is he right?

While I believe that Wake Forest will still probably be in the bottom third of the ACC, mostly due to the dominance up top, I believe that second to last is too low.
