Bobby Petrino and his staff received some good news on Sunday afternoon. Terence Williams, a 6-foot-1, 185-pound, athlete from Riverview, FL., became the Cardinals thirteenth commitment in the 2016 class.
Williams is widely considered to be a three-star prospect. He’s listed as an athlete, but at Riverview Spoto High School Williams spends most of his time at wide receiver and safety. It sounds like he’s expected to be a wide-out at the next level.
He chose Louisville over Colorado, North Carolina, NC State, Duke, Wake Forest and Central Florida.
Williams isn’t as highly regarded as some of Louisville’s other commitments from the 2016 class, but most assume that his best football is ahead of him.
