BLACKSBURG – After splitting up for three meets last weekend, the Virginia Tech track and field teams will go to one meet on Friday at the VertKlasse Meeting on High Point’s campus.
The meet was originally scheduled for Friday and Saturday, but has been rescheduled due to inclement weather. The event will begin at 9:30 a.m. ET with the women’s javelin.
Tech will be sending the sprints/hurdles, jumps/multis and pole vault groups.
The Hokies fell one spot to No. 13 on the men’s side and the women moved up two spots to No. 18 in the outdoor United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Week 1 Top 25 poll.
