EUGENE, Ore. - Hanna Green competed well at the USATF Championships but failed to qualify for the finals after two competitive races at the meet.
In the quarterfinals on Thursday, Green earned an automatic qualifying spot for the semifinals in the 800 after finishing second in her heat with a time of 2:04.58. Green narrowly missed on qualifying for finals after finishing in fifth place in her semi with a time of 2:01.91.
Darius Watkins competed at the USATF Junior Championships in the 100 and narrowly missed out on a qualifying spot with a time of 10.
