Virginia Basketball commit Kyle Guy named IndyStar Mr. Basketball

The accolades for incoming Virginia Basketball player Kyle Guy keep accumulating as the Lawrence Central senior was named the IndyStar Mr. Basketball presented by the Indiana Pacers.

Guy, the only player from Indiana to be named a McDonald's All-American this year, and has propelled his team to an impressive 17-5 record with the toughest schedule in the league. He is averaging 23 points, 5.7 rebounds, 3.8 assists, and 1.5 steals per game.

From three-point land, KG is shooting 50-of-111 (45%) and 123-of-141 (87%) from the free throw line.

Oh, and he broke his school's all-time scoring record this season.
