When there was no drama on Wednesday, we should have known Thursday was going to be a drama filled day. With two games that saw teams take go ahead leads in the 9th, it certainly had enough drama.

We recapped the Hoos game already, but the Cavaliers showed plenty of resolve by battling back from a deficit numerous times. Connor Jones had a more frustrating outing, allowing four runs over six innings and walking four. Thank God for Matt Thaiss though. The catcher was two for three with two runs scored and an RBI, largely in part to a game tying HR in the eighth.
