The Big East has been revered this season for its elite teams at the top and its depth throughout the standings. Seton Hall was slightly an afterthought for the conference after Sterling Gibbs transferred to UConn in the offseason, with many wondering whether Isaiah Whitehead was mature enough to lead this group.
Whitehead has been very good thus far, and combined with Angel Delgado, Desi Rodriguez and Khadeen Carrington have the Pirates clicking heading in to the conference portion of the schedule. Given their recent history of upsetting Villanova, the Wildcats shouldn't take them lightly.
A trip to Hinkle Fieldhouse awaits this Sunday, but Villanova needs to take care of business at home first.
