Villanova head coach and two-time National Champion, Jay Wright, has been inducted into the Naismith Hall of Fame.
During the enshrinement, Coach Wright thanked his wife Patty and called her “the best coach’s wife” and noted that his dad was the best coach he ever had. He also noted, “Attitude sustains us, and is the foundation for all that we do on and off the court.”
Wright is preparing for his 21st season at the helm of the Main Line Program. Over that time, he has led ‘Nova to the 2016 and 2018 National Championships, three Final Fours, and a combination of 12 BIG EAST Conference Regular Season and Tournament Championships.
