The ongoing ACC/SEC Challenge — which started last night on the men’s side and opens tonight on the women’s side — has both Vanderbilt teams playing tonight.
The women’s team unexpectedly has a rough matchup at 6:15 PM CT. Like Vanderbilt, NC State is 7-0 this season; unlike Vanderbilt, NC State has won six of its seven games by double digits and that includes wins over UConn (ranked 11th in this week’s AP Poll) and Colorado (ranked 7th.) The Wolfpack started the season unranked and are currently #5 in the country.
