Vancouver Whitecaps FC are mourning the passing of former public relations director, longtime press box manager, and member of the 'Caps family Pam Glass.
Glass was a familiar face in the Vancouver Whitecaps and 86ers media room for 21 years, having first started volunteering during the North American Soccer League days at Empire Stadium, supporting the club and the media up until 2007 at Swangard Stadium.
Glass would distribute roster sheets, game notes, as well as phone and fax game updates to the local, national, and international media outlets, helping grow the club to where it is now.
