Whitecaps FC continue coaching education through elite international MLS program

In conjunction with Major League Soccer, Vancouver Whitecaps FC confirmed on Thursday the club's continued participation in the Elite Formation Coaching License (EFCL), in addition to a new continuing education course in partnership with La Liga.

Whitecaps FC U-16 Residency coach Adam Day will take the EFCL course this year, while technical director Craig Dalrymple will build on his EFCL license through the La Liga course. Whitecaps FC 2 (WFC2) head coach Rich Fagan has also earned his EFCL license.

This year marks the third iteration a groundbreaking partnership between MLS and the French Football Federation (FFF) that provides MLS youth academy coaches with world-class training through a 14-month youth development course resulting in participants earning their Elite Formation Coaching License (EFCL).
