Whitecaps FC 2 (WFC2) will play their first ever match in the USL Cup Playoffs this coming Friday, September 30 at Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC. Kickoff will be at 6 p.m. PT, streamed live at whitecapsfc.com.
The 'Caps are one of eight teams in the Western Conference to advance to the 2016 USL Cup Playoffs. The postseason will see a single-elimination bracket crown two conference champions, starting with the Conference Quarterfinals this coming weekend, hosted by the top four seeds in each conference. The winner of Friday’s match will advance to the Western Conference semifinals the following weekend, between October 7 and 9.
