Canada Soccer announced on Monday that seven Vancouver Whitecaps FC Residency players are among a group of 30 young players into the Men's EXCEL Program through an identification camp for the 2002 age group.
Included on the roster is defender Nathan Demian and Juvraj Kooner, midfielders Matteo de Brienne, Massud Habibullah, Arjun Mann, Hamish Ogden, and Damiano Pecile.
All of the 14-year old players called up are attached to professional club academies in Canada and USA.
