The Vancouver Whitecaps held their year-end media session on Tuesday; one last chance to chat with players before they depart for the off-season. For some players, this was the last time we would be talking to them as Vancouver Whitecaps players. Although it was speculated prior, yesterday David Ousted confirmed to AFTN’s Michael McColl that he would not be back next season.
The decision was made back in June, when management informed him that he would have to take a pay cut in order to remain with the club. Based on his performances, he rightfully decided not to take a pay cut.
