SAN ANTONIO — UTSA will return home and open the month with a 7 p.m. matchup against Western Kentucky on Thursday at the Convocation Center.
Christian Wilson has led the Roadrunners (4-18, 2-7 C-USA) during Conference USA action by averaging 18.6 points per game, a mark that ranks fifth in the league. For the season, Ryan Bowie paces the squad and ranks fifth in the circuit at 17.1 points per outing to go along with his team-leading 7.1 rebounds per contest. The duo combined for 45 points in last Saturday’s tilt at Southern Miss.
Meanwhile, the Hilltoppers (11-11, 3-6 C-USA) are coming off a slim 66-64 defeat against Middle Tennessee on Saturday which came two days after they became the first C-USA team to defeat first-place UAB.
