Former ULM assistant, and one time UTEP staffer J.A. Anglin was officially announced as UTEP's new assistant coach on Friday.
Anglin spent the previous three years as an assistant coach at the University of Louisiana Monroe. He helped the Warhawks to 44 victories over the last two seasons. Earlier this year, Anglin was one of 30 assistant coaches across the country named to the Under Armour 30-under-30 Team. The team is composed of the nation's brightest assistant coaches under the age of 30.
"I really enjoyed my first two years in El Paso," Anglin said. "I'm excited to be back in the Sun City and excited about the future of the UTEP basketball program.
