Utah State football notebook: 'Absolutely a chance' Rayshad Lewis becomes a two-way player

LOGAN — Utah State football coach Matt Wells isn't sure how the team will utilize emerging standout Rayshad Lewis going forward, but it's an intriguing option for the Aggies.

Lewis played on both offense and defense during the Aggies' spring game Saturday at Maverik Stadium, prompting the question of what the future holds for the talented 5-foot-10, 165-pound sophomore.

"Rayshad Lewis is a two-way player. The guy’s a really good corner, he’s got great anticipation skills, he can get in and out of breaks. And he’s a weapon in the slot for us, as well as in special teams," Wells said.
