Utah Jazz sign journeyman center Henry Sims

The Jazz signed center Henry Sims, the team announced Thursday morning.

The team did not release details of the deal for the big man who is entering his fifth year as professional. The 6-foot-10 post player out of Georgetown averaged 6.5 points, 5.1 rebounds and one block in 14 games for the Brooklyn Nets last season.

Before joining the Nets, Sims started for the D-League's Grand Rapids Drive (15.
