The Utah Jazz never like to make things easy. Just over two weeks ago, it might have seemed that this struggling squad’s only chance to make a playoff push would be to make some sort of trade. The Jazz were sitting at 19-25 after losing to the Detroit Pistons in another game that was closely contested but Utah was unable to finish. The week prior, the Jazz had lost back to back overtime games to the Charlotte Hornets and New York Knicks, respectively.
