SALT LAKE CITY — The Utah Jazz have increased their win totals in the last three years from 38 to 40 to 51.
How have they done it? A calculated series of moves, big and small.
Just last summer, for example, the team signed Joe Johnson and traded for George Hill and Boris Diaw.
