USC reliever among three named in lawsuit by woman who alleges she was recorded having sex with a player

The feel-good story of the USC baseball team took an untimely and unseemly turn Friday morning.

On the eve of the Trojans’ first NCAA Tournament appearance since 2005, a lawsuit alleges that one current member and one former member of the team recorded a woman having sex with one of the players and distributed that recording to teammates and others.

A current player is named as a defendant but is not accused of recording what was described as consensual sex.

The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday, accuses former USC player Sean Adler of secretly recording then-teammate Vahn Bozoian while he had sex with the woman, identified only as Jane Doe, in March 2013.
