USC Football Recruiting: Trojans Offer Five-Star QB Justin Fields

A week ago, Clay Helton’s USC football team was dealing with the de-commitment of five-star quarterback Matt Corral. Now, they’re in the thick of recruiting a replacement, with No. 1 dual-threat quarterback and five-star Justin Fields being the latest prospect to receive a scholarship offer.

He is the second the Trojans have bestowed an offer on since losing out Corral, with Utah-pledge Jack Tuttle getting called last week. Fields announced the scholarship Sunday night on Twitter:
