Pac-12 women: UCLA tops Washington State; USC falls to Washington

Monique Billings scored half of her 16 points in the fourth quarter and No. 14 UCLA pulled away from Washington State for a 73-61 victory on Friday night at Pauley Pavilion.

Kari Korver and Lajahna Drummer had 12 points apiece and Jordin Canada contributed 11 points and nine assists for the Bruins (18-6, 10-3 Pac-12). Nirra Fields had seven points, seven rebounds and five steals whileBillings had nine rebounds and three blocks.

Borislava Hristova had 16 points for the Cougars (12-12, 3-10), who have lost seven straight.

Billings' three-point play and a Drummer bucket at the buzzer gave UCLA a 56-51 lead after three quarters.
