Bruce Arena's side will use the match as a final tune-up for June's World Cup qualifiers
U.S. Soccer has announced the U.S. men's national team will face Venezuela in a friendly at Rio Tinto Stadium on June 3.
The match in Sandy, Utah will be the team's final tune-up before two crucial World Cup qualifiers: against Trinidad & Tobago in Denver on June 8 and then a visit to Estadio Azteca to take on Mexico on June 11.
"Salt Lake City has always been a fantastic host for the national team," U.S. head coach Bruce Arena said in a news release.
