UConn Women’s Basketball continued its dominance last week, tying and subsequently beating their own record 90-game winning streak against USF and SMU, respectively.
Forward Gabby Williams was rewarded for her efforts during the record-breaking performances, as she was named Player of the Week by the American Athletic Conference for the second time this season.
She had a very efficient performance in Tuesday’s win 102-37 against No. 20 USF, scoring 11 points on 5-of-8 shooting while adding a game-high 13 rebounds in addition to seven assists in just 21 minutes. She also added three steals and four blocks.
