The 2019-20 basketball season gets underway Friday night at Gampel Pavilion with First Night, kicking off UConn’s Homecoming weekend festivities. The annual event will formally introduce the men’s and women’s basketball teams and feature UConn’s fall concert for the first time ever.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
After First Night, Grammy Award-winning artist T-Pain will take the floor at Gampel to begin the 2019 Fall Concert. Students can line up at 2 p.m. and doors will open at 5: 30 p.m.
Like last year, there will be a selfie session for the first 300 fans in attendance, and the event is free to attend for all UConn fans on a first-come, first-serve basis.
