UConn Baseball Falls at Seton Hall

UConn Baseball failed to complete a comeback bid this time, dropping a close contest to Seton Hall at Owen T. Carroll Field Saturday, 3-2.

Wills Montgomerie (4-1) took his first loss of the season but did leave the Huskies in a position to take the win. He allowed two runs on four hits in six innings while walking five and striking out five as well.

Troy Stefanski was a defensive replacement in left field for UConn and had one of their two RBI on the day, starting the ninth-inning rally which saw them come within 90 feet of tying the game.
