No. 18 UCLA at No. 15 Stanford: Who has the edge?

OFFENSE

After scoring 56 points in a win at Arizona, UCLA’s offense took a step back in its first loss of the season on Oct. 3 against Arizona State. Offensive coordinator Noel Mazzone sought to establish the run and the Bruins could not, held to 62 yards on the ground, their fewest in a game since a loss to Baylor in the 2012 Holiday Bowl. They had just one touchdown through three quarters against the Sun Devils before a late rally. The Bruins must improve the ground game to make things easier on freshman quarterback Josh Rosen.
