Entry goes exclusively to Power Five conference members, commonly known as the "haves" with their billion-dollar TV deals. That rankles Northern Illinois athletic director Sean Frazier, who's pushing a playoff for the have-nots.
"It's time to have a realistic conversation about creating a playoff for the Group of Five," he told ESPN.
