CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. u2015 The Tulsa volleyball team split the first day of the Redhawks Invitational, dropping the morning game to Southeast Missouri State before sweeping Central Arkansas in the evening.
GAME 1
The Golden Hurricane dropped the opening match of the Redhawks Invitational to tournament host Southeast Missouri State in four sets, 25-21, 16-25, 25-17, 25-9. Tulsa drops to 3-4 on the season, while SEMO improves to 7-3.
After losing the first set, Tulsa, who was down 5-3 early in the second set, went on a 6-0 run to take a 9-5 lead and force a SEMO timeout.
