Iowa State is the first Power 5 conference offer for Levi Lewis.
The Scotlandville quarterback announced Friday evening via Twitter the offer.
The Cyclones join Tulane and Jackson State, both of whom offered Lewis in late January, on his list of suitors.
The speedy 5-foot-11, 184-pound standout completed 137 of his 216 pass attempts (63.4 percent) for 2,588 yards, 22 touchdowns and four interception as a junior, while also rushing 119 times for 978 yards and nine more scores.
Kent State and Howard have been among other schools to show interest.
