Memphis beats Tulane 92-70 behind Lawson's 29 points

MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- Dedric Lawson scored 29 points on 11-of-15 shooting and made four assists for the 101st of his career, and Memphis rallied in the second half to beat Tulane 92-70 on Thursday night to end a four-game skid and close out its season.

Lawson is the first player in school history to score 500 points, grab 300 rebounds and dish out 100 assists in a season.

K.J. Lawson scored 13 points, Jeremiah Martin had 12 with five assists, and the Tigers (20-11, 10-8 American Athletic Conference) made 23 of 33 free throws to the Green Wave's 10 of 18.
