TROY, Alabama – Katie Webb and Annie Willis were named to the Preseason All-Sun Belt Conference Team while Troy was picked to finish third, the league announced on Friday.
Webb was named to the All-Sun Belt Second Team at the end of last season after starting all 60 games for the Trojans. Webb recorded the highest batting average on the team with a .349 and highest slugging percentage with a .497 mark. The Salem, Ala. native led the team with 38 RBIs and led the league in doubles with 14 (alongside teammate Logan Calhoun).
