TROY, Ala. – Troy Athletics, Troy Sports Properties (Playfly Sports) and Trojan Threads announced Friday a partnership establishing Trojan Threads as the official merchandise provider for the Trojan Warrior Club.
"David Smith (Trojan Threads owner and operator) is an alum and a proud supporter of Troy University and Troy Athletics," Troy Athletics Director Brent Jones said. "This unique multimedia rights, merchandise and licensing partnership directly benefits our programs and student-athletes, with a portion of proceeds going back to the Trojan Warrior Club while also allowing other avenue for our fans to purchase great Troy merchandise."
Trojan Threads will serve as the secondary on-site provider for Troy Athletics events at Trojan Arena and Riddle-Pace Field.
