JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Bruna Roqueta sits in the top 10 following Monday's opening two rounds of the First Coast Classic at the Deerwood Country Club. Roqueta's strong start has Troy in fifth place overall and just nine shots back of fourth.
Roqueta, who is coming off the third-best final round in the entire field at Troy's last event, fired a 4-over 76 in the opening round before coming back to shoot 1-over with five birdies in the afternoon session. She was efficient on both the par 3s (+1) and par 4s (+4) on the day to sit tied for seventh.
