TROY, Alabama- Troy University running back Jordan Chunn has been named the Sun Belt Conference Offensive Player of the Week, the league office announced on Monday. This is the fourth time this season a Troy player has received Player of the Week recognition.
Chunn played a crucial role in Troy's Thursday night 28-21 win against South Alabama to help the Trojans (6-1, 4-0) become the first Sun Belt team to be bowl eligible. The running back scored two big touchdowns in the fourth quarter, including the game winning touchdown with just 80 seconds remaining.
