Midfielder Tom Carroll will have a medical at Swansea City on Monday ahead of his move from Tottenham.
The fee for the 24-year-old, who spent the 2014-15 season loan at Swansea, is thought to be around £4.5m.
Carroll is a Spurs youth product, but has made only three appearances in all competitions this season.
He is set to becomes Swansea's second signing of the January transfer window, following Dutch winger Luciano Narsingh's arrival from PSV Eindhoven.
