Raptors sign KJ McDaniels

According to a report from ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, the Toronto Raptors have signed KJ McDaniels to a one-year contract.

The 6-foot-6 swingman has played in 148 career games in the NBA and has spent time with Philadelphia, Houston and Brooklyn.

McDaniels has a career average of 5.3 points per game during his three seasons in the NBA with a career high of 9.2 points per game for the 76ers back in 2014-15.

He played his college ball for the Clemson Tigers were he was the ACC Defensive Player of the Year in 2014.

He was originally drafted by the 76ers in the second round of the 2014 draft.
