Toronto FC II finally ended their winless streak on Wednesday afternoon with Jordan Hamilton's early goal standing up in a 1-0 win over Orlando City B at the Ontario Soccer Centre in Vaughan.
The win was the club's first since an opening day victory over Phoenix Rising FC, halting the unenviable drought at twelve matches, in the process kick starting a two-game unbeaten run and marking the first time the club has score in consecutive games this season.
Absent of a handful of the reinforcements that aided the side to a 1-1 draw with Pittsburgh on the weekend, coach Jason Bent reinserted USL regulars Liam Fraser, Ryan Telfer, and Jordan McCrary.
