The Bisons staked an early claim for the lead in this one but were unable to hold on. The Chiefs were able to chip away at the lead and sealed the Bison loss with a big 7th inning. Jarrett Grube had a solid start to the game but allowed the Chiefs to get into the swing of things throughout his start.
Clint Robinson proved to be a big thorn in the side of Bison pitchers as he hit 2 home runs and added 5 RBIs. He hit his first home run off of Grube to get the Chiefs offense going.
