Blue Jays MiLB Recap: Conner Greene hit hard

The triple-A Bisons managed just four hits off Red Wings’ starter Logan Darnell, who threw a complete game shutout on 105 pitches. Remarkably, Darnell did so without striking out a single Bisons batter.

An Alexi Casilla double was the only noteworthy offence of the day.

On the mound, left-hander and Montreal native Chris Leroux pitched a strong six innings, allowing just one earned run on six hits while striking out five. Pat McCoy followed with two innings, allowing one run before Pat Venditte was roughed up for three hits and a run in his lone inning of work.
