USC linebacker Osa Masina is under investigation by police in Utah and California for separate incidents as his team prepares for its season opener.
Police documents obtained by ESPN.com on Tuesday showed law enforcement in Cottonwood Heights, Utah, are probing allegations of sexual assault made against Masina. He is also being investigated by the Los Angeles Police Department for an unrelated and unspecified case, a department spokesperson told ESPN.
No criminal charges have been filed against Masina in either case.
