Panthers linebacker Thomas Davis took some serious offense to Rodney Harrison's earlier remarks this week on Carolina quarterback Cam Newton.
Harrison, a former NFL safety and current NBC Sports analyst, told Newsday on Tuesday that if he was playing for Denver in Sunday's game, he would try to take out the Carolina quarterback by any means necessary.

“If I see Cam Newton running the ball and he’s a quarterback and I’m on defense, I’m trying to hurt him,” Harrison said.
