Legendary KISS member Gene Simmons is making an effort to trademark the hand gesture so closely associated with rock n' rollers over the last couple of decades. There's only one problem: The same -- or at least a similar -- hand gesture has been used by others for much longer than the existence of the Hall of Fame band, including by the Texas Longhorns.
Texas president Greg Fenves was quick to point this out Thursday on Twitter.
