Texas football boosters reportedly pressuring school to hire Tom Herman

Some Texas Longhorns boosters are not only ready to move on from Charlie Strong, they have a definite replacement in mind: Houston coach Tom Herman.

ESPN reported Saturday sources say prominent boosters are putting "extreme pressure" on administrators to hire Herman, whose stock is at an all-time high following Houston's 36-10 upset win over No. 5 Louisville Thursday night.
