Stephen Curry unlikely to play for Warriors in Game 3 vs. Blazers, Steve Kerr says

Some thought Warriors guard Stephen Curry would play Saturday in Game 3 of the team's Western Conference second-round series.

Warriors coach Steve Kerr said Thursday it's unlikely Curry will be on the court in Portland against the Trail Blazers.

"It's tough to see him playing Saturday,'' Kerr told reporters, via ESPN.com. "He's gotten better and better each day.''

Curry returned from an ankle injury only to sprain his right knee on April 24 in Game 4 of Golden State's first-round series against the Rockets.
