Starting lineups set for 2016 Can-Am Duels at Daytona

Sunday's unique qualifying process for the Daytona 500 set the front row for Feb. 21's Great American Race, putting Chase Elliott in pole position with Matt Kenseth to his right.

The rest of the 40-car starting lineup will be determined through two 150-mile qualifying races, called the Can-Am Duels, to be run on Thursday.

Drivers qualified on Sunday in odd-number positions will compete in the first duel, scheduled for 7 p.m. ET. Those qualifying in the even-number positions will compete in the second duel, with a 9 p.
