Chris Iannetta has agreed to a $4.25 million, one-year contract with the Mariners with the expectation he will be their starting catcher going into 2016. The deal includes $1.75 million in performance bonuses next season and a 2017 club option for $4.25 million that could become guaranteed at $6 million.
