On Tuesday morning, the NFL world lost an innovative defensive mind when Buddy Ryan died at the age of 85. The creator of the 46 defense and the architect of the 1985 Bears defense (probably the greatest in NFL history), Ryan leaves behind an impressive legacy.
He also leaves behind a pair of bombastic sons, a pair of rowdy acorns who did not fall far from the tree. Rex Ryan and Rob Ryan are teamed up this season and, in an interview with Jenny Vrentas of TheMMQB.
